| 20TH | (Practice) ESCAPE TOUR to TAOS | ||||
| Description: |
Tour leader, David Berardinelli, will lead us on a scenic drive
to Taos, via "The High Road". David would like to have as many
cars as possible so that he can test out the logistics of
leading a large group of cars on this trial run of his Escape
tour. If anyone has a set of walkie-talkie's for the leader and
sweeper cars, please contact David. Also, if anyone has a GPS to
bring on this test drive, that would be helpful. David plans to
have us arrive in Taos and the Monte Segrado Resort no later
than 12:30 to 1pm, depending on traffic and the number of cars
in the group. Then, depending on the length of lunch and whether
we decide to visit the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, we plan to get
back to Santa Fe and the NM 599 exit to Albuquerque around
4:30pm.
David will make lunch reservations for the Monte Segrado
Resort so he would like for people to
RSVP to him before July 17th. |
